Fit Body Physiques was created by Nate Eaton. I am not only a personal trainer and competition prep coach but also an athlete with a contagious enthusiasm for fitness! I am also a promoter of multiple bodybuilding events and a judge. I’ve had the opportunity to judge local and world championship competitions.

With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has developed a deep understanding of the science and art of bodybuilding.

I continue to compete as a natural pro bodybuilder and even won pro titles, so competing is definitely as passion. So, I personally understand the journey of weight loss. and bodybuilding. I understand weight loss from personally losing over 120 pounds.
My Philosophy: I have received multiple personal trainer certifications with ACE, ISSA, PN1, NASM and AMFPT just to name a few from over the years. I am certified with ISSA as a Bodybuilding Specialist, Sports Nutrition and Fitness Trainer, and I also hold a MS in Kinesiology & Exercise Science. I believe in a healthy and practical approach to weight loss and that competing should be done when the time is right with a balanced approach with your health being the focus of the process.
Years of experience is one of the best teachers! There is nothing in my opinion that can replace experience from assisting competitors and competing myself.Holding certifications and educational degrees are certainly great for learning and data, but coaching others and competing personally lends itself to being able to apply knowledge.

The process was not as I expected. The process never required extreme cardio, I was never starving and my workouts were much shorter in n length than I could have imagined. I work in the medical field having long hours and odd shifts and a family. I was successful and never miserable throughout the process. Also walked away with my PRO card ! If I can do it anyone can!
