My Philosophy: I have received multiple personal trainer certifications with ACE, ISSA, PN1, NASM and AMFPT just to name a few from over the years. I am certified with ISSA as a Bodybuilding Specialist, Sports Nutrition and Fitness Trainer, and I also hold a MS in Kinesiology & Exercise Science. I believe in a healthy and practical approach to weight loss and that competing should be done when the time is right with a balanced approach with your health being the focus of the process.
